Engineered & Solid Hardwood Floor Refinishing
Hardwood Floor Refinishing can make your old wood floors look new. It fixes deep scratches, chips, dents, stains, and worn-out spots. Refinishing works on solid, engineered, and parquet floors. We use water-based finishes that dry fast and have no smell. Oil-based finishes are also an option.
Hardwood Sanding & Finishing: This method removes many dents and scratches by taking off some of the top layer of wood. It also allows you to stain the wood in many colors. The downside is each refinishing removes about 0.5 – 1.5 mm of the top layer, so it can be done only a few times based on the wood type.

Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing (Buffing & Polishing)
Sandless Hardwood Refinishing is great for wood floors that look good but need a little refresh. This method uses a sanding machine to lightly buff the floor and applies a special chemical to the surface. Small damages are fixed before a new finish is added. It’s also called hardwood buffing or polishing.
Sandless refinishing has pros and cons. It’s medium effort, faster, and cheaper than sanding. While it doesn’t remove much of the top layer, it’s not completely dust-free, so a bit of dust might settle in your home. This method won’t remove deep scratches or dents and can’t stain the floor.

Most hardwood floors can only be refinished a few times, so recoating is a good way to maintain them and save money.
